Developing the Right Strategy
Research is always the first step. Who are your customers? Where do they spend their time online? What are your competitors doing well? Poorly? We use a large array of data sources to help drill down these complex questions and figure out where the opportunties lie.
Using the data we now have, we design a campaign to target the right audience and show them how your company can give the best solution to their problem. Some campaigns are quick to implement and target a narrow audience while others are much more comprehensive and may take several resources across business functions to properly implement. We match the effort to the potential.
Now that the campaign is live, it's time to collect data on how effective it is. The various channels and funnels are compared against each other to determine which aspects are resonating with your customers and which ones can be improved. Once opportunities are identified, we return to Step 2 and repeat the process.
